JUDGING

Levels of Judge Each category has a judging panel with a chairman who has a casting vote. Only the chairman can see other judges’ marks and comments
A Judges can be linked to multiple categories
Judges can recuse or abstain themselves from an entry Administrators can recuse a judge from an entry where there may be a conflict of interest or the judge can do it themselves. In which the judge will not see the entry.
Judging criteria plans and rules Use the same criteria for each category or different for some.
Easy on-line judging Simple to use judging especially on an iPad
Judge by marks and comments Each judging criteria has a description and judging guide. Each criteria can have a different range of marks to reflect the weighting of the criteria. Judges can record public and private notes against each entry. Public notes can be exported for use in publicity and awards ceremonies.
