JUDGING

Any number of judges

No limits on the number of judges on yor Award. Easily manage them via the Judging Progress page – when didi they start, when didi they last log on, how many entries have they left to do.

Levels of Judge

Each category has a judging panel with a chairman who has a casting vote. Only the chairman can see other judges’ marks and comments

A Judges can be linked to multiple categories

Spread the knowledge. Have the same judge work on more than one Award CAtegory.

Judges can recuse or abstain themselves from an entry

Administrators can recuse a judge from an entry where there may be a conflict of interest or the judge can do it themselves. In which the judge will not see the entry.

Judging criteria plans and rules

Use the same criteria for each category or different for some.

Judge by marks and comments

Each judging criteria has a description and judging guide. Each criteria can have a different range of marks to reflect the weighting of the criteria. Judges can record public and private notes against each entry. Public notes can be exported for use in publicity and awards ceremonies.
